The political system of which you are the hero

We want the community to be able to pilot the future of METACUBE, which is why investment in the project and in-game actions (see chapter: Quests and Devotion) can allow an ascent in the decision-making sphere.

Everything related to the project is handled through The Square and everything strictly in-game is handled by The Earth Parliament.

The Square

Barring exceptions (such as ALEPH ZERO ℵ0 governance NFTs ), governance NFTs are valid for 1 year.

Then, a new allocation is made either by auction, or by vote, etc.

HCCM

the High Constitutional Court of METACUBE:

Its purpose is to settle high-level disputes concerning the game, paradoxes arising from competing rules, etc.
The attacking and defending parties present the subject.
A prosecutor and a meeting secretary are appointed.
A vote by secret ballot settles the situation and possibly establishes the payment of damages. The conclusions are always public

the High Council for the Development of METACUBE:

Its purpose is to confirm the directions taken by the game.
It receives the decisions of the Earth Parliament once the game is set up

GJTM

the Grand Judicial Tribunal METACUBE:

its purpose is to settle disputes concerning players.
Depending on the requests, the attacking party may request a closed session.
A first vote of the HCCM aims to establish the need for the camera. In the positive case, the debates are not made public its members are elected or of rights according to their class of NFT.

PMSM (ex GCMS)

the Grand Council of METACUBE shareholders Its purpose is to be a form of supervisory board for the Métacube legal entity. The members of the PMSM are only heirs and are de facto shareholders owning the NFT ALEPHZERO ℵ0 .

Tickets will be on sale as an auction with a reserve price.

14 places will be offered during the early pre sale (Post money value: ~ $150,000, and we hope to make at least x 20 in a row)

Responsibilities and mandates

We give a fabulous place to the community, which we hope will realize how much we love it.

We want it to take responsibility and as such to govern: "to govern is to foresee". And planning also means deciding between different options.

The 4 assemblies:

the High Constitutional Court of MétaCube - HCCM
the Sublime Conseil au Développement de Métacube - SCDM
the Grand Tribunal Judiciaire metacube - GTJM
the Perfect Metacube Shareholding Meeting - PMSM

have a number of seats and modes of operation and communication.

Apart from PMSM where seats are reserved exclusively for shareholders, the number of seats and the method of designation is not yet defined: nevertheless, initially, the draws will be random.

In a second step, the places will be defined as fixed-term mandates, depending on several factors: in particular certain achievements, the level of devotion.

We also wish, like any democratic election, to involve a part of chance so that everyone has a chance, but also, seats are reserved for an election: some will then be able to present the orientations they defend.

These assemblies do not have a motto such as "1 Pod = 1 vote". (level of devotion, seniority, experience, empires etc. may be criteria taken into account)

PMSM can only have up to 142 members: 142 tokens א0 + 2 founders.

The other chambers have about 144 members.

Operation

We have in mind the objectives of each chamber.

The complete operation is not yet defined but here is an example of what we are thinking about for the GTJM for example:

The GTJM is seized for a problem.
A first group verifies the eligibility of the problem to this court
A second group seeks a compromise with the entities
If no agreement is reached, the GTJM meets to assess solutions
A group synthesizes solutions
A vote takes place and becomes the judgment.
The judgment is binding on the parties and becomes jurisprudence.
The judgment can be quashed by the High Constitutional Court of Metacubus - HCCM. If the judgment is overturned, a return is effective before the GTJM, and a new cycle of judgment development and voting takes place, taking into account the arguments of the HCCM

Remuneration

Participation in a court is subject to remuneration subject to actual activity.

The Earth Parliament

The Earth Parliament is relative to each server (which we want to be as large and populated as possible with only an acceptable PING limit) and therefore handles politics at a more micro stage than The Square.

Members with high devotion can sit on the TEP and choose the rules in force on the server. These decisions are then submitted to the Square for validation (High Council for the Development of METACUBE).
