11,111 Game NFTs and 142 Shareholder NFTs

Non-fungible tokens are a tamper-proof asset by design. When you engage in a game, emotionally, financially, physically, temporally and build a story, an asset, you should be able to claim ownership of all of those actions. Also, the NFT appears relevant as the tool of proof of the entirety of your gaming actions as well as your History and the effective ownership of what you say you own.

The use of an NFT de facto increases engagement and unlocks new “commercial” business models, and the various ERC 20 / 721 or 1155 standards allow creators of added value to enhance their work, within the framework of the game. , whether as a graphic designer on the market places (skin, housing, maze, sponsorship…), as skill developers (doctor,…), as a clan manager, tribe, county,…, as a competent player (strength, endurance, etc.), as a collector (by the richness of their collection.)

The blockchain brings its properties of transparency, traceability, proof or even valuation.

NFTs relating to Metacube are conventionally intangible asset keys representing its ownership. Contrary also to a certain number of platforms pinned recently (Hello OpenSea$^{1}$), we now indicate that total ownership in the most global sense is transferred to you the moment you take possession of the asset.

In this sense, as long as you are the holder of an NFT, we affirm that all the rights relating to it are applicable without reservation. How is player death managed, in this case

METACUBE NFTs

The game NFT provides access to the game. We plan to release it in volume 11,111 at launch$^{2}$. This NFT represents the hologram of the human and his/her pod.

Alpha test version

The images of the Metacube holograms will therefore be exclusively composed of members of the community.

Its price is not yet fully fixed even if we have an idea of it. It is also currently being assessed the possibility that all or part of the acquisition will be made via Vickrey's auction.$^{3}$

Shareholders NFTs

142 NFTs d'actionnaire

In addition to the 11,111 NFTs, we also provide 121 shareholder NFTs called Aleph Zero : ℵ0.

This NFT entitles you to shares in the METACUBE project as well as to the GCAM (see Rule The World After)

A bit like love money, this is about offering certain people to own a part of the project and not of the game.

We therefore propose that against exactly 7% of the company, a parallel fundraising takes place, 100 tickets of 8,000 euros each or in the form of an auction (or ~5 or 6 ETH at the daily rate) in the form of 100 NFTs with the METACUBE logo numbered from 1 to 100. This sum values the company a little over 10 million euros. In the event that the company takes a lot of value, a very interesting switch.

Moreover, by owning a share in the project, the shareholders will obviously be interested in the company's dividends, with voting rights.

The sale must absolutely take place before the general sale of the 11,111 NFTs.

Depending on the success of the project, from the beginning of 2023, the legal situation will absolutely be formalized definitively.

In-Game NFTs

All the other NFTs are title deeds, sometimes in ERC 20 sometimes in 721 sometimes in 1155. These are in particular the signatures of holdings of intangible assets:

• You are buying a skin, it is an NFT from the creator.

• You create a new parentage branch: this branch is an NFT

• You are the head of a county or a duchy: this position is an NFT (indeed, you have never been told about a county or a duchy: md )
