# Fundation & Charity

We are committed, at least for V2, to the creation of a foundation.

 This foundation is intended to be a gathering place for Web3 projects, and the various players: startups, investors, players, developers, founders. This foundation could develop the following topics:

* R\&D on the token nature 
* ERC 20 et ERC-223 (token / burn / bad contract type) ERC-777
* ERC 721 NFT (NFT)
* ERC 20 - ERC 820 - ERC-777 (security / burn)
* ERC 1400 / 1410 (PNFT / security)
* ERC-621, ERC-667 et ERC-827
* ERC 1155 (multi token and pack)

We are wondering about the nature of the token that could ensure operations of this type: I am in game A and I want a quest from this game to get me to game B. Then it comes back to game A. Or to consider that the will to transfer a token is not sufficient in itself to transfer it. You should be able to prove that you own it. This is a major security issue over time.

* Promotion of play and earn and lobbying. 
* Definition of ethical rules within play to/and earn 
* Entry point for Business Angels as a frame of reference through a common analysis methodology. 
* A kind of ... wikipedia of NFT projects with recovery (and analysis) white paper + all links 
* Tips 
* Player and game owner unions 
* Implementation of a "ready to wear" server layer in order to manage public, private and hybrid blockchain nodes study, 
* Journalistic or educational paper. 
* Define a game class (from AAA to 1 to 50 stars)

## Charity

We believe that charity should be done, in a world that could be a paradise but is not. The charity is organized by the Foundation and wishes to develop the following topics:

* R\&D on the nature of Tokens (ERC 20, …) ⇒ inter-game / metaverse bridge
* A play to earn / play and earn prize
* promotion of play and earn
* Definition of ethical rules
* Business Angels entry point as a frame of reference
* Wikipedia of NFT projects with recovery (and analysis) white paper + all links
* Tips
* Player and game owner unions
* Implementation of a “ready to wear” server layer in order to manage public, private and hybrid blockchain nodes
* Study and journalistic pubicatiions
* Redefine a game class (from AAA to 1 to 50 stars)
